Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are planted on limestone and clay soils with sand and pebbles. These soils give the wine structure and mineral depth.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and vinified in the traditional way at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages for 10 months in large oak barrels, which give softness and depth, then spends a further 2 months in bottle.
