Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the 14.5-hectare Falletto vineyard, wholly owned by Bruno Giacosa and situated in the commune of Serralunga. Yields are limited to 45 hl/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected on arrival at the winery.
Ageing
The wine matures for 30 months in French oak casks. It is then tasted and bottled only if Bruno Giacosa considers the quality satisfactory.
