Vinification
The grapes are harvested in October and macerated on their skins for seven days at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in 700-litre oak barrels, followed by approximately six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The 2011 is distinctive and well balanced, combining mature tannins with cool freshness and clear fruit and berry notes.

Annual production is 3,500 bottles.
