Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks for seven days.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.

The aroma is elegant and fruity, while the palate is balanced.
