Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in barriques and stainless-steel tanks, followed by several months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
Serving and pairing
Pair with pasta, roasted or grilled meats, and a range of cheeses.
