Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the San Ambrogio vineyard in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation also occurs in stainless steel and continues until January or February of the following year.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in large 20 hl botti.
Serving and pairing
Pair with pasta, roasted or grilled meats, and cheeses.
