Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After 15–20 hours of skin maceration, the wine ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless steel.
Serving and pairing
It pairs with fish and meat appetisers, poultry and other white meats, and can also be served as an aperitif.
