Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from young vineyards in Rufina, planted at around 400 metres on a west-facing hillside with clay and calcareous marl soils.
Vinification
The wine undergoes 15 days of maceration, with the must pumped over for eight minutes every two hours. Fermentation uses native yeasts.
Tasting profile
The nose is fruity. The palate is bright, lively and juicy.
