Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the "San Giuliano" vineyard in the municipality of Neive. The vines average 40 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in 3,000-litre French oak casks.
