Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato grapes come from vineyards at the foot of the Kuddia volcano, in the heart of Pantelleria. Coste di Kuddia was established after Prince Strozzi invested in winegrowing on the island in 2003. Its vineyards lie along Pantelleria’s volcanic coastline, known locally as kuddìa, and are planted to Moscato d’Alessandria.
The vines are trained using Pantelleria’s traditional bush-vine system. After harvest, the grapes are laid on stone slabs and dried in the sun.

100% Moscato Bianco (Zibibbo), also identified as Moscato d’Alessandria.
