Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo comes from organically farmed vineyards in the Barbaresco area. Biodynamic methods are used, with green harvesting and a dedicated pruning system to reduce yields and promote greater concentration of flavour and aroma.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully destemmed after harvest, preserving the berries intact, and undergo gentle vinification.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels.

Harmonious, well structured and balanced, with rich flavour and a layered aroma.
