Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the producer's own vineyards at 200 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from 15 to 25 September. They are gently pressed at the winery and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The text calls it a natural wine.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif service. It pairs with delicate fish dishes, soups and seafood.
