Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards in South Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are thoroughly destemmed and pressed. The must is then gently transferred to steel vats for fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages for 2 months in large wooden barrels, 12 months in barriques and 2 months in steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Pleasant aroma; the palate is juicy and lively, with soft tannins and a touch of bitterness.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with light appetizers, white meat, beef, lamb, duck, game and cheeses.
