Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the hills of Unterland and Überetsch in South Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested with great care, thoroughly destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a strictly controlled 17 °C.
Ageing
The young wine matures in steel tanks, with frequent stirring of the fine lees. It is bottled around April of the following year.
Tasting profile
Fairly rich on the palate, with a well-balanced finish.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with salads, fish, meat and vegetable appetizers, pies and terrines, fish and shellfish, pasta and rice dishes, white meat, and mushrooms.
