Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Eichberg vineyard in South Tyrol, which has a distinctive microclimate: steep, sun-drenched terraces are constantly cooled by fresh mountain air. The vines grow at 400 to 600 metres in rich loamy and stony soils. This high-altitude, rugged terroir gives the wine its mineral backbone and complexity.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed to preserve their natural freshness, then fermented under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The young wine matures for several months in stainless steel tanks, with regular stirring of the fine lees. This adds depth and fullness while keeping the energy of the vintage, and the wine has no contact with wood.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with recognisable spicy notes and a distinctive personality. The wine shows intensity and purity, a mineral backbone and complexity. Its style is bright and modern.
