The Chardonnay grows on mountain slopes in South Tyrol, in limestone soils.
Grapes
Only grapes at optimal ripeness are selected.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The must is clarified by settling before fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
Tasting profile
The nose is intense with exotic fruit. The palate is soft, fresh and elegant.
