Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on mountain slopes in South Tyrol, in limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
Only berries at optimal ripeness are selected. The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is separated from the sediment before fermentation at a controlled 20 °C.
Tasting profile
The 2011 vintage is full, rich and well balanced, with intense aromas of fruit, flowers and spices.
