Vineyard and terroir
The southeast-facing vineyards are located in Alto Adige at 500–650 metres above sea level. Their gravelly limestone soils are rich in dolomite. Warm Mediterranean days and cool nights allow the fruit to develop its full aromatic potential.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented at a controlled temperature in open stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees.
Tasting profile
Salty minerality leads to a long, lingering finish.
