Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on limestone soils on the mountain slopes of South Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best berries selected. After gentle pressing, the must is racked to remove sediment and fermented at a controlled temperature of 20 °C.
