Vinification
Harvest takes place by hand in late September, with selection focused on the finest bunches receiving the best sun exposure. The grapes are crushed and destemmed, given a brief cold maceration and gently pressed. Fermentation proceeds at a controlled 14–16°C.
Ageing
The wine remains on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for 6 months and then rests in bottle for 1 month.

Presented as Garganega Veronese IGT, with the denomination field identifying IGT Veneto. Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Available format: 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow. Fresh white flowers and white-fleshed fruit shape the nose. The palate is soft, fresh and notably approachable.
Serving and pairing
Pair with risotto, fish main courses or sheep’s-milk cheeses.
