Vinification
Harvest takes place by hand in late September, selecting the finest bunches with the best sun exposure. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 24–26°C. Maceration lasts 10 days, with daily pump-overs and délestage.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6 months in stainless-steel tanks and a further 3 months in bottle.

Presented as Corvina Veronese IGT, with the denomination field identifying IGT Veneto. Alcohol: 13% vol. Available format: 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with violet reflections. The nose combines wild strawberries, crisp cherry and violet. The palate is lively and juicy, lengthening into a distinctly savoury finish.
Serving and pairing
This varietal Corvina suits Italian-style appetisers, soups and pasta dishes. It can also be served as a summer red alongside fish.
