Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the third week of September at optimal ripeness. After sorting, they undergo cold carbonic maceration to bring out the fruit character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 26 °C.
Tasting profile
A light, lively red with youthful energy. Exceptionally fresh, with bright cherry fruit, an easy-drinking taste, excellent balance and vibrant acidity. It has a relaxed charm and immediate appeal.
