Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at the foot of Vidor’s winding hills, on clay-rich alluvial soils. La Tordera planted vines in this historic agricultural area, and their fruit is used for the wine.
Tasting profile
Bright in appearance, with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers delicate fruit and floral aromas. The palate is balanced, fresh, bright and lively, with a vibrant, elegant texture that highlights the fruit flavours.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with refined seafood dishes or grilled fish.
Label / history
Alne takes its name from an ancient water source around which the area’s first permanent settlements developed. These settlements supported the growth of the local community and agriculture at the foot of Vidor’s hills.
