The fruit comes from old vines rooted in the stony soils of the Tordera vineyard in the village of Cartizze.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested between 25 and 30 September.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with prawns dressed with olive oil and mint.
Label / history
The winery’s founder planted the first vines at Tordera in 1920.
