The approximately 10-hectare estate has loose, dry volcanic soils of good structure, predominantly tufaceous and characteristic of mineral-bearing pozzolanic terrain.

Vinification
The 2021 technical sheet records a manual harvest into crates during the first ten days of October, at a stated yield of 90 quintals per hectare. Crushing and destemming are followed by 8–10 days of skin maceration at 23–25°C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6–8 months in new French-oak tonneaux. Bottling generally coincides with the cool spring season, followed by at least three months of bottle ageing before release.
