Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October and macerated for 12–15 days, with the cap punched down daily to support fermentation. No oak is used.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks before bottling, followed by a further 3–4 months of bottle ageing.
Tasting profile
Rich and lightly tannic, with a refined, fruity character.
