Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a mild Mediterranean climate on clay soils rich in limestone and trace elements. The vines are 35 years old on average.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in the last third of September. The must settles briefly before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged on fine lees and bottled in March of the following year.
