Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where a mild Mediterranean climate and predominantly clay-limestone soils containing trace elements contribute freshness and brightness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first week of September. A 48-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose is floral and expressive. The palate is elegant, smooth and well balanced.
