Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Veneto, in the hilly Classico area on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The soil is morainic with a gravel base and supports abundant yields of red grapes.
Vinification
The grapes undergo carbonic maceration under carbon dioxide to reduce acidity and develop aroma. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C. The wine is bottled cold on a sterile bottling line.
