The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a small vineyard planted in Montalcino in 2004 on mixed sandy soils.
Grapes
A small proportion of Sangiovese is added to the Cabernet Sauvignon to enrich the wine’s character.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in new French oak barriques, which add refinement.
Label / history
The name Lux Vitis means “light of the vine” and honours the sunlight that brings the vines to life. The wine originated after years of observing the development of the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard and the quality of its fruit.
