Tasting profile
Deep, bright red. The 2024 profile combines black fruit, including cassis, with spice. Its entry is sweet-toned and silky, followed by good body and structure. The finish is long and deep, with well-defined tannins indicating good ageing potential. The broader house description also evokes pepper and leather, a compact structure, fine yet firm tannins and subtle smoky nuances from barrel ageing.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with strongly flavoured game, including herb-marinated venison or wild boar accompanied by roasted vegetables.
