Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The 2025 Chardonnay comes from vineyards in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, planted at elevations between 900 and 1,200 metres. The vines average 20 years of age.
Grapes
100% Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, and the bunches are selected before whole-cluster pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 14–16°C. After fermentation, a portion of the wine is transferred to oak. The components are subsequently blended, gently filtered and bottled.
Ageing
A portion of the wine matures in French oak barrels for six months.
