Vineyard and terroir
The 2025 fruit comes from estate vineyards in the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The vineyards lie between 900 and 1,100 metres, and the vines average 35 years of age. The combination of these two origins has defined the wine’s broader Mendoza expression in recent years.
Grapes
100% Malbec.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, after which the bunches are selected and destemmed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration takes place at 8°C. Fermentation follows in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 24–28°C with selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels. It is gently filtered before bottling.
Ageing
Twelve months in French oak barrels.
