Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
Produced from naturally balanced, established vineyards in Mendoza’s Uco Valley. The 2025 technical sheet gives an average vine age of 25 years and elevations between 1,000 and 1,170 metres.
Grapes
100% Pinot Noir.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Bunch selection is followed by destemming and manual berry selection. A cold maceration takes place at 8°C, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 22–24°C. After fermentation, part of the wine is transferred to French oak. It is gently filtered before bottling.
Ageing
A portion of the wine matures in French oak barrels for eight months.

Tasting profile
The 2025 wine is bright ruby red, with intense aromas of red fruit led by strawberry and sour cherry, accompanied by subtle spice. It is smooth, fresh and energetic on the palate, ending with harmonious fruit. The profile is defined by purity, elegance and precision and can gain complexity with bottle age.
The main wine description presents another facet of the profile: intense, balanced aromas of black fruit and spices, a voluptuous palate, smoky nuances, youthful tannins and an expressive floral finish. Freshness, tension and a sensuous medium body remain central to the wine’s style.
