Vineyard and terroir
The 2025 wine comes from Finca Los Nobles in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The vineyard lies at 1,035 metres and has vines averaging 20 years of age.
Grapes
100% Riesling.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually, and the clusters are selected and destemmed at the winery. Gentle pressing takes place in a pneumatic press. Half of the fruit macerates in the press for eight hours at 10°C, while the other half is pressed directly. After cold settling for 36 hours, the must is racked and fermented with selected yeasts in stainless-steel tanks at 14°C. The wine remains on its lees for about 60 days without undergoing malolactic fermentation, then is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
Ageing
No oak-barrel ageing. Approximately 60 days of lees contact are followed by at least two months in a cold room before market release.
Technical data
The 2025 vintage has 13.10% alcohol, pH 3.15, total acidity of 6.9 and 3.5 g/L residual sugar.
Tasting profile
Bright yellow with golden and green reflections, clean and luminous. Intense pineapple and white-flower aromas are supported by a delicate mineral background. The palate is agile and lively, with good body, freshness and tension. It is direct and expressive, showing clear varietal character and an elegant, defined personality.
