Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, from late August to early September. The wine ferments in barriques for 6 months in contact with the lees.
Ageing
After the barrique period the wine spends around 8 months in bottle.

Harmonious and dry. The colour is golden, and the flavour and aroma are concentrated. The character is strong and sunny.
Label / history
The name "Aurente" reflects pride in the wine's Umbrian origins and points to its strong, sunny character. It recalls gold, both in the colour and in the concentration of flavour and aroma.
