Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Costadolio vineyard at 150 m above sea level. The soils are mainly volcanic with some pebbles, and the vines average 10 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and pressed immediately with the stems still attached. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for three months to preserve its fruity character.
Tasting profile
Fragrant fruit and floral notes lead to a soft palate with refreshing acidity.
