Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies on the hillsides of Breganze in the Ferrata area, with south and southwest exposures. The vines are densely planted and kept to low yields.
Vinification
Selected grapes undergo two days of cold maceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for six months.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is aromatic and fruity. The palate is fresh and easy-drinking, with a long finish.
