Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Breganze Hills, where the white varieties are grown in volcanic soils.
Grapes
The blend is based on Friulano, known in Veneto as Tai or Toi. Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio add balance.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes undergo cold maceration for two days before pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 4 months on the fine lees.
Serving and pairing
Suited to white meat, fish and shellfish.
Vintage notes
The 2022 vintage can be stored until 2026.
