The grapes are grown in the producer’s vineyards on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with cheeses, particularly Parmigiano and goat’s cheese. Other pairings include seafood, fish dishes—especially flounder and halibut—and delicately prepared poultry.
