The vines were planted in 1990.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, usually in the first week of October. They are sorted and destemmed at the winery, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for four months.
