Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately, with fermentation at 28–30 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in oak barriques, followed by 12 months in bottle in the estate’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Aromas of earth and orchard shape the bouquet. Nebbiolo contributes structure and intensity, while Barbera and Dolcetto bring freshness and fruity notes. The wine is balanced.
