Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed at low temperature. The must remains in contact with the skins briefly before the clarified juice ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 16–18 °C for 10–12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks.

Refreshing in character.
Serving and pairing
Recommended with tomato-based dishes, including pasta with fresh tomato sauce, tomato-based pizza, Caprese salad and gazpacho. It also pairs with barbecue, fried fish and cold meats.
