Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the historic Treviso area.
Grapes
Glera is the principal variety.
Vinification
The grapes are cold-pressed. The must ferments with selected yeasts for one month at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C. A second fermentation takes place in an autoclave and is stopped by lowering the temperature when the desired residual sugar level is reached.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with fish dishes and seafood.
Label / history
The wine is bottled in distinctive thick-glass bottles.
