The blend contains at least 85% Glera, supplemented by other varieties approved by the regional commission.
Vinification
The must ferments with selected yeasts for one month at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave and is halted by cooling when the desired residual-sugar level is reached.
Tasting profile
Fragrant fruit and floral notes accompany the natural aromas of Glera. The palate is elegant, fresh, straightforward and approachable, with a bright aroma, fine bubbles and an easy-drinking character.
