Grapes
The blend contains at least 85% Glera, with other varieties approved by the regional commission.
Vinification
The must ferments with selected yeasts for one month at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave and is stopped by cooling once the desired residual sugar level has been reached.
Tasting profile
Elegant, fresh and full of character, with fine bubbles and bright aromas combining fruit and floral notes. The natural aromas of Glera are clear, while the palate is simple and pleasantly approachable.
