Grapes

The wine is made from fresh and partially dried white grapes. Venetian Pinot Grigio supplies rich flavours and aromas, and the local Verduzzo gives structure.

Vinification

After harvest the Verduzzo grapes are laid on straw mats to dry, which gives them a richer fruit character. After gentle pressing, the grapes are fermented in steel vats.

Ageing

The two varieties are aged separately for 3 months: Pinot Grigio in stainless steel tanks and Verduzzo in oak barrels. The wines are blended 1.5 months before bottling.

Tasting profile

Dry and refreshing, with bright aromas and an expressive fruit profile. Easy-drinking and elegant, with a distinctive flavour and a clear sense of its terroir.

Serving and pairing

Served chilled. It pairs with Mediterranean and Asian dishes.
