Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from a single vineyard at Gorgo al Monticano, part of the Dal Bianco family’s historic estate where the business began in 1946. The grapes are selected both on the vine and at the winery and are harvested from late August to early September.
Vinification
Gravity carries the grapes through white vinification off the skins at a controlled 15–18°C. Secondary fermentation and maturation on selected yeasts normally last approximately 90 days in pressure tanks at 13–14°C. Bottle pressure is 5.0 atm.
Ageing
After approximately 90 days in pressure tanks, the wine rests for around one month before release.
