The fruit comes from selected vineyards around San Gimignano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the final week of September at suitable ripeness, then gently pressed. The must ferments with yeast at 15–17 °C.

Fresh and bright in style, the wine is intended to be enjoyed young.
