Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in the company's own vineyards in Alto Adige. The vines are 10–30 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness. At the winery they undergo a short cold maceration, then ferment in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged on its lees for 5 months.
Tasting profile
Fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking. It suits drinking on its own or with a meal.
